NM Signs (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates the NM Signs Portal, accessed through nmsignsresidential.co.uk. The portal is used by NM Signs staff and customers to manage residential signage-related work and information.

When Google asks you to authorise access, review the permissions shown carefully. The portal uses the access granted to it for its business functions. Google’s own privacy terms and security practices also apply to your use of Google services.

We do not publish portal information for general public access. Information may be available to authorised NM Signs staff and to customers where needed for their work or records.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to service providers who help us operate our business and systems, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain business and job records for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, accounting, legal and record-keeping purposes.
